WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Please follow the steps below:
1. Find the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
2. Please check your email to see whether you have received a dispatch confirmation. This email will confirm the estimated delivery date for your order and a link to the courier website if your order has been sent on a tracked service.
3. If your order has been dispatched, it will take 3-5 days to reach your destination.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will advise your parcel’s tracking number.
Kindly check the tracking link via your dispatch confirmation email to view the up to date tracking.
If you still cannot locate your order, please allow 10 days from dispatch to report an item as missing
If your order has not arrived after this time, and you are certain that it isn't with a neighbor or another member of your household, please Contact Us and we will investigate further and arrange a replacement item to be sent.
It is our policy to replace items that are lost in post. Please note that items must be reported as missing within 30 days of being dispatched to you as we are unable to take any action on your behalf after this time.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are sorry your order has been damaged, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note if your order has been received damaged we request that you report this upon arrival of your order.
We will then assess the damage and arrange an immediate replacement.
CAN I CANCEL AN EXISTING ORDER THAT HAVE BEEN MADE?
We are sorry that orders submitted cannot be cancelled. Do ensure the right items and quantity in the shopping cart before submitting.
